I’m Rodasi.
Rodasi Campbell is a certified peer recovery coach and senior holistic recovery consultant specializing in holistic recovery philosophy and integrated team practice.
She trains and mentors peer recovery professionals to apply a holistic lens across team behavior, communication, and program delivery.
Her work IS TO DEVELOP THE PEER RECOVERY WORKFORCE, AND support private-pay treatment centers seeking depth and differentiation without compromising ethical clarity or organizational alignment.
The Approach
My work centers on holistic recovery as a mindset and philosophical orientation, not a collection of techniques. I support treatment centers in developing peer-led teams who understand how a holistic lens informs ethics, scope, communication, and collaboration within integrated care environments.
Drawing from lived experience, peer recovery standards, and holistic frameworks, I train and mentor staff to apply this lens consistently — so that practices such as meditation, movement, nature-based activities, and spiritual exploration are integrated responsibly rather than performed in isolation.
I help treatment centers move from offering disconnected holistic activities to embodying a cohesive holistic recovery mindset across peer teams — improving clarity, consistency, and confidence while reducing scope confusion and internal friction.
My expertise lies in supporting integrated teams — particularly peer recovery staff — to understand how holistic philosophy informs boundaries, communication, collaboration with clinical staff, and day-to-day decision-making.
While my background includes yoga, meditation, Asian healing philosophy, and nature-based recovery, these modalities serve as vehicles — not the center — for cultivating regulation, meaning, and recovery capital within peer-led environments.
